• One year after being released from prison and with the help of Project REACH, Quentin has moved from transitional housing into a place of his own!
• Saul has 5 months sober!
• Edward completed the GO! Green program but searched for months and did not find a landscaping job. He did find a custodial job with overtime that allows him to earn extra money!SPC helped Edward with his uniform and transportation. He is now looking for housing.
• The program support services team is completing record client intakes! In July 2009, they completed 640 general intakes. In July 2010, they completed 739!
• Seth struggled with substance abuse and anger issues, but eventually received treatment and counseling. Now he is employed, housed and engaged to be married!
• Tony has obtained his Shelter Plus Care voucher and begun his apartment search!
• The employment team has begun a new BEST job readiness training class, teaching the importance of self-assessments. Classes have been successful with good participation by the clients!
• When Earl came to Project REACH after his release from prison, he was 19 with no GED. Now he has his GED and is studying at Vatterott to become an electrician!
• Even though she struggles with medical issues, Nicole keeps her positive energy and spreads it to others, whether she’s working at McMurphy’s Grill, Alumni Club or Hollyberry Baking!
