St. Patrick Center was featured in a June 24 story in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch about a new $13.7 million project in Downtown St. Louis. Craig Heller, a downtown loft developer, is  heading up the project which will consist of apartments, gardens and an aquaponics fish farm at the former Hammond Sheet Metal factory, at First Street and Cass Avenue.
