Freedom River Walk/Welcome Home Celebration to honor the sacrifices of our Nation since the September 11 attacks.

WHEN:
Saturday, September 10, 2011
Freedom Walk registration for veterans begins at 7:00 a. m.
Opening ceremony begins at 9:00 a.m.
River Walk begins at 10:00 a.m.

Jefferson Barracks Park
345 North Road
Saint Louis, MO 63125

DETAILS:
The event will feature Welcome Home booths for information on VA services, jobs and Veterans’ Service Organizations. St. Patrick Center will host an information booth with materials on its three programs for homeless veterans: HVRP, Project HERO and Veterans GO! Green.

The event will also feature musical entertainment, a vintage plane fly-by and awards for the most patriotic attire.
