Papa Tom’s Gateway Dog House, a company in St. Patrick Center’s BEGIN New Venture Center (BNVC) small business incubator, was featured on KTVI-TV on September 8 to help promote Sauce Magazine’s Food Truck Friday on September 9. Papa Tom’s is a regular feature at Food Truck Friday, but can commonly found at the corner of 10th and Walnut in Downtown St. Louis serving up freshly cooked, high quality hot dogs with specialty toppings.

In addition, BNVC company Shell’s Coastal Cuisine was featured on KSDK-TV with Heidi Glaus on September 9. Shell’s was also helping promote Food Truck Friday and its nomination for Food Network’s Great Food Truck Race.
