• Board of Trustee member Tom Sweeney created a “Rams raffle,” and sold tickets to local bars, country clubs and restaurants for a chance to win a St. Louis Rams suite. Thanks to his efforts, this benefit for SPC raised more than $1,000!

• Abstrakt Marketing chose St. Patrick Center as the recipient of its monthly facebook-a-thon which awarded $1 to SPC for each new facebook fan they received in the month of August.

• Oakville and Mehlville high schools waged a war over football… and underwear! At the schools’ homecoming football game, they announced that their 2nd annual Underwear War collected 12,912 pair of new underwear, sock and t-shirts for St. Patrick Center clients!

• Board of Trustee Carole Less presented a check to St. Patrick Center from her member organization, the Knights and Dames of Malta, which funds various agency programs.

• The Missouri Foundation for Health awarded St. Patrick Center’s Women’s Night program $150,000 to increase services to survivors of sexual violence.

• McMurphy’s Grill was awarded grants totaling $51,000 from the Boeing Foundation/Boeing’s Employee Community Fund.

• Additionally, the Fox Family Foundation awarded McMurphy’s Grill with a $15,000 grant.
